The general rule of thumb when submitting your photos is simply tripling the number of sides. Submit 60 photos for 20 sides, 90 photos for 30 sides, 120 photos for 40 sides, etc.

 

It depends on the type of order, on an average order of DESIGN+ALBUM it takes 4 weeks plus design proofing and shipping time.

You can modify or add on to your design as many times as you want and communicate continuously with our designers, until you are completely satisfied with the final results. Please note: All alterations are to be finished and finalized WITHIN 30 DAYS after Instyle Album Design informs you to check the initial design proofs.

Two weeks after receiving your photos, you will be notified by phone or email to log back into your account and click on "Design Proofing" to view and proof your design.

After you make a payment via PayPal, you will be directed back to our website and you will receive a confirmation letter from Instyle Album Design which contains your access to upload page. Click the LOGIN buttonand when you log in, you can upload your photos using the "Upload Function".

All products you buy from us are customized products, therefore they can't be returned. However you may cancel your order before the final approval. All your money will be refunded.

Your original files should have a minimum of 200 DPI resolutions. The best resolution is 300 DPI. We accept JPG and TIF photo type files which are widely used in Digital Cameras. The size is from 2 MB to 6 MB if you use JPG file and 6 MB to 20 MB if you use TIF file.

A side is one side of a front and back page. A 20 side album would contain 10 pages.

If your event is being/has been photographed by a professional photographer, you can ask your photographer for the rights to the images and a CD/DVD of your photos at high resolution.

 

If you do not own the rights to the images, we will not be able to work with you to create your custom photo album. However, you could ask your photographer to contact us directly and we could work with them to create your digital album.

Choose only the photos you wish to appear in your digital album. You can choose the order of the photos in your album (files should be sequenced ie: by naming the files 001.jpg, 002.jpg, 003.jpg) or you can give us the creative freedom to choose.You can burn the photos to a CD/DVD and mail it to us.

 

If you are submitting non-digital photos - additional fees will apply.

 

We suggest you upload your photos through UP-System. It will save you time. UP-System is the user-friendly system that allows you to batch uploading images.   

Be sure you have a copy of your photos before sending, as we will not be returning your CD/DVD.

No, we can design an album for any occasion... anniversaries, graduations, family reunions, maternity/baby, etc.

Yes, we work with both private individuals and professional photographers. If your photographer does not release the full rights to you photographers and you would like to have us design your wedding album, please tell your photographer about us.
